I am so glad someone recommended Stephanie to me online when I posted about a personal trainer in my neighborhood facebook group. I have loved every minute of my health journey with her! I had been out of the work out game for quite awhile and wanted to start weight training which was a completely new style for me. She made me feel comfortable and pushed me while still respecting my limitations. I have grown so much in the last year with her help and I will be forever grateful.
In January 2022, I had gotten to 192 lb which is the highest I had EVER been. I made the decision then that I was going to start the “diet” process and lost almost 10 pounds over the next 2-3 months. When my now husband proposed in April 2022, that was the life moment that I needed to get me to reach out and look for other options besides what I had done in the past and just doing some fad diet.
